It`s another "on your own" day and a group of us visited the "Tour of Carvings" around Vallecito Lake. The carvings were dedicated to the men & women who participated in the Mission Ridge Fire of 2002. Over 70 - acres of timber was burned at a cost of $40.8M. The fire crews consisted of firefighters from the 4 corners area.
